Punjab Board 12th class result 2019

The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) was founded by Punjab Government 49 years ago on September 25, 1969. Its headquarter is situated in Ajitgarh (Mohali). Its purpose is to take care of the curriculum taught in public schools and conduct the standardized examination in the state of Punjab. PSEB also provide scholarships to the students and also publish textbooks.

Every year many students appear for the board examinations under Punjab Board and the number is increasing every year. The board examinations were started in March and as per the board officials, the result will be announced in the month of April/May 2019.

The Punjab board result will be published online on the official website and students can check their result at any time.

Punjab Board 12th class result declaration

After the completion of the board examination in March 2019, the students will be curious as to when the result will be declared. Looking at the past trends it is expected that the result will be declared around the 4th week of April 2019. Though, the Punjab Board didn’t notify any exact date about the result yet.

Last year the examination was also ended in the month of March and the result was on April 23, 2018. Therefore, the students can expect the declaration of the result around the same time as last year.

Punjab Board association will publish the result online on their official website after declaring the result. Students can check and download the result from the website any time.

Punjab Board 12th Class Supplementary examination 2019 result

The supplementary examination gives another hope to the students who were little behind from clearing the main examination in one attempt.  Basically, if a student didn’t score the minimum passing marks in any one subject because for which he/she didn’t pass the board examination, the board gives them second chance in the same to clear the examination.

Last year the Punjab board announced the Supplementary result on October 5, 2018, which was a bit late than the previous years. The main examination result was declared on time in April 2018 but the supplementary examination was conducted after a gap of 4 months and the result was announced after 2 months. In the year 2017, the supplementary result was announced in September.

Though the exact final date of the supplementary examination will be decided once the final examination will be completed. However, it is expected that the supplementary examination will be conducted around July/August and announcement of the result in September 2019.

The students can check and download the Punjab Board 12th class main board/supplementary examination result by following the simple result given below:

  • Step 1: Go to the official website of Punjab Board at www.pseb.ac.in and search the link related to the result.
  • Step 2: Click on the link and it will redirect you to a new page window.
  • Step 3: Fill the details like roll number, DOB etc and you will get your result details.
  • Step 4: Download the result and take a printout of it for future purpose.

Punjab Board 12th class toppers list 2018

In 2018, there were more than 3 lakh students who were appeared for the 12th board examination out of which only 1.98 lakh students were able to pass the examination with the pass percentage of 68.4%. Once again like many other states in India girls outshine the boys. Below is the list of students who topped the board examination:
