The Board of Secondary Education, Odisha is also known as (BSE). The BSE has formed 63 years ago under Odisha Education Act 1953. Its main purpose is to regulate and manage all state schools, private schools, and colleges. The board conducts board examination for secondary and senior secondary levels. Along with board examination, the BSE also conduct examination such as OTET, CT, C.P.Ed, NRTS etc.
The board examination for the 10th class was conducted in two sittings and the examination was ended on March 8, 2019. The board has announced that the result will be announced in the first week of May 2019. Odisha Board 10th class result declaration
Each year more than 5 lakh students appear for the bar examination under Bihar Board, which is a huge number. Therefore, the announcement of board result may take a little longer. However, the Bihar board tries to declare the result as soon as possible after finishing the board examination.
Like last year this year too the board examination was finished around the same time as last year. In 2018 the result was announced on May 7. Therefore, this year too the board has announced that the result will be announced on May 6, 2019, and will be published online immediately.
When the result will be announced it will be published on the official website of Odisha Board at http://bseodisha.nic.in/. The students will be able to check their result online while sitting anywhere on the official website and can take a printout of it for future purpose.

- Step 2: Then at the home page of Odisha Board website the students can see a link related to the result of 10th class.
- Step 3: Click on the link related to the result which will redirect students to a new page window.
- Step 4: In this new page, the details such as roll number and registration number or DOB will be required to get the desired information.
- Step 5: After filling all the details the result will be displayed on that page. Students can click on the download button and take a print out of it for future purpose.
Odisha Board 10th Class Supplementary examination 2019 result
Supplementary examination brings a chance of happiness for those students who failed the main board examination due to getting lesser marks than required in one or two subjects. Therefore, to provide another chance to such students, Odisha Board conducts supplementary examination every year after the declaration of main board result. The board gives a month time period to those students for preparation and conduct examination.
Last year the supplementary examination for 10th class of Odisha Board were held in June 2018, and the result was announced on July 23, 2018. As this year the main examination result will be announced around the same time as last year, so there is a possibility that the supplementary examination will be held in June and its result will be announced in July. However, the final date for both will be decided after the announcement of the main board examination result.

Odisha Board 10th class result 2018 highlights
On May 7, 2018, at 9 AM, when the result of 10th class was announced by Odisha Board, it created huge excitement among the students. There were 5.9 lakh students who appeared for the 10th board examination out of which 2.16 lakh were boys and 2.22 lakh were girls.
The overall pass percentage of the examination was 76.23%. The overall pass percentage of open school in the state was only 41.93% and no student couldn’t score more than 80% in open school. However, the most interesting fact of the Odisha Board 10th result was that there were 429 students who scored 100% marks in the examination.
