NEET (UG) – 2019 Admit Card

The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts the common entrance examination which is known as National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) for the candidates who seek their future in the medical field. Earlier the NEET was known as AIPMT. The examination is being conducted for graduate and post-graduate courses such as MBBS, MD, MS and dental courses such as BDS, MDS.

From the past few years, the number of candidates applying for NEET examination is increasing. This year the number has reached more than 12 Lakhs. The registration of NEET was already completed on December 1, 2018, for the examination to be conducted on May 5, 2019. Now the NTA has announced the availability of Admit Card on their official website, which students can download online.

How to download Admit card

As soon as the NTA will release the Admit Card, the candidates will be able to download it with the following steps given below:

  • Step 1: The admit card will be available on the official website at www.ntaneet.nic.in where candidates need to login with their registration number and password.
  • Step 2: After login, the candidates will be able to see their admit card with the details of the examination.
  • Step 3: Verify the details displaying on the admit card to proceed further.
  • Step 4: Download the admit card and take a printout of it for the day of examination.

It is important for the candidates to know that the Admit Card will not be sent separately by post to each candidate. When the candidate will download the Admit Card, a copy of it in a PDF form will be emailed to the candidate on the registered email id.

Below are the details which will be available on the admit card of NEET (UG) 2019:

  • Name of the candidate
  • Father’s name
  • Date of Birth
  • Photograph
  • Signature
  • Category, Sub-category
  • Roll number
  • Examination date and time
  • Examination center name and code
  • The language of question paper
  • General instruction

We advise candidates to read all the instruction given on the admit card before appearing in the examination center, as a small mistake may lead to the disqualification in the examination.
