The Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) was formed in the year 1966 by the state government of Karnataka. Its headquarter is situated in Bangluru. The board is responsible for conducting secondary level examination in the state along with handling various activities such as deciding syllabus, providing scholarships and granting recognition to the schools.
Every year around 8.5 lakh students appear for the board examination under Karnataka Board. The board examination is being conducted in around 2770 center across the state.
Each year the board conducts Board examination the month of March and the announcement of result happened in April/May. This year too the board result of 12th class will be announced in May 2019. The students can check and download their result online on the official website of Karnataka Board.

Karnataka Board 12th class result declaration
Every year lakhs of students appear for the 12th board examination and the number is increasing every time so it is quite difficult for the board to announce the result on time. However, looking at the past record, the Karnataka board has always announced the result on time or before time and same goes to this year too.
The Karnataka Board has decided that the result of 12th class will be announced around the same time as last year. In 2018, the 12th result was announced on April 30. Therefore, this year too the students can expect the 12th class board result in last week of April or first week of May as the examination were finished on time in March.
As soon as the board will finish the examination procedure, the board will publish the result online on the official website at www.kseeb.kar.nic.in. The students can check and download the result from there.
Karnataka Board 12th Class Supplementary examination result
More than 2 lakh students appear for the supplementary examination of Karnataka Board every year. The board conducts supplementary examination for benefiting to the students who failed the main board examination. This is another opportunity by the board to pass the class in the same year without wasting any time.
The supplementary examination will be held in June 2019. Last year the result of supplementary examination was declared on July 26, 2019 and the students can expect same from the this year too. Though the date of the supplementary examination and result is yet to be decided and will be decide once the result of main board examination result will be decided.
The result will be published online and will be available at the official website of Karnataka Board. Students will be able to check and download any time from there.
How to check Karnataka Board 12th Class result
For checking the main board examination result or supplementary examination result, the students have to follow the simple steps given below:
- Step 1: Firstly the students needs to visit the official website of Karnataka Board at www.kseeb.kar.nic.in and search for the link related to the result at the home page.
- Step 2: Than click on the link related to the result and it will redirect you to the new page.
- Step 3: Now there you have to fill the details such as Roll number or registration number and you will be able to see the result details.
- Step 4: From here you can download the result and take a print out of it for future purpose.
