In 1952 when the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) was formed, its main purpose was to promote school education in state Bihar. Its headquarter is situated in Patna. The Bihar Board affiliates both private and government school along with providing a syllabus to the schools. Though its basic purpose is to conduct a school examination. However, the board also conducts departmental examination such as TET, examination for a diploma in elementary etc.
Every year the board conducts examination for 10th and 12th class in February-March. This year the examination for 10th classes were started from February 28. The Bihar Board conducts the supplementary examination in July. Last year the supplementary result was announced on September 2, 2018. - Step 2: There at the home page of Bihar Board website the students will find a link related to the result of 10th class.
- Step 3: Then click on the link and it will redirect you to a new page window.
- Step 4: Here the new page will ask you to fill the details such as roll number and registration number or DOB.
- Step 5: After filling all the details the result will be displayed. From here click on the download button and take a print out of it for future purpose.

On June 26, 2018, the 10th board result of Bihar Board was announced. There were more than 17.5 lakh students appeared for the examination out of which 12.12 lakh students were able to pass the examination with 68.89% passing percentage.
